Succession plan of managers of medical institutions Japan 2019
According to a survey conducted from July to August 2019 among managers of medical facilities in Japan, approximately 62 percent of respondents stated that they were planning to bequeath their medical institutions to a member of their family. Close to 44 percent of the respondents, by comparison, had a plan to close down the institutions when they retire in the future.
