A survey conducted among hoteliers in Singapore found that 47 percent of respondents believed that demand from leisure fully-independent travelers (FIT) travelers would unlikely recover fully after COVID-19. 17 percent believed that it would be better than before. Hotel performance was up to expectations in January however, circumstances deteriorated significantly since the outbreak.
