The impact of white-collar crimes should not be assessed in monetary terms alone. Over 70 percent of Romanian companies surveyed stated that the most important non-financial effect of economic crimes was the impact on employee morale. At the same time, 36 percent responded that in these cases, that the company's reputation is also at risk in these cases.
