The coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic has changed social life for the Swiss population. Due to various shutdowns and restrictions on movement in public spaces, daily interactions between people have changed for many. According to a survey conducted in the country in February 2022, 31 percent of respondents perceived current social interactions as showing solidarity, while 40 percent also considered them friendly.
