From March 16 to March 22, 2020, the rating of RBC television channel in Moscow more than doubled compared to the previous six weeks. Other news TV channels, such as CNN and Euronews, also saw a significant increase in TVR, as Moscow residents stayed at home during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Among public TV channels, Rossiya-24 saw a 37 percent TVR growth.
