This statistic reveals the average expenditure on ready-to-eat products in supermarkets and hypermarkets at lunchtime in France in 2015. That year, more than 40 percent of respondents said they spent an average of between five and seven euros on snacking products in supermarkets and hypermarkets for lunch. Only 5 percent of those surveyed also declared d having bought more than ten euros worth of snacks in these outlets.
