According to the survey conducted by Ipsos between August and September of 2019, around 40 percent of respondents in China who were buying some kind of fish at least once a month said that fish being not on a list of endangered species was very important to them. Two percent of respondents said this criterion was not important at all when choosing a specific type of fish.
