During a 2019 survey, 65 percent of responding consumers from Colombia and Mexico stated they visited a brand's website if they wanted to engage with and learn more about it. Second most popular method was watching videos produced by the brand with 55 percent, followed by liking it on Facebook with 43 percent.

The report does not provide a separate number for any of the countries. The source stated that the "sample was balanced by age and gender and representative of an employed adult online population."
