Flexible workspace policy includes a range of definitions, from adopting flexible working hours, to allowing employees to choose the city and type of office they work from. In Germany, approximately 80 percent of surveyed employers reported that they had a flexible workspace policy. The change in how and where we work has already started to impact the way offices and the office real estate market function. In Europe, many cities marked a substantial increase in the share of flexible workspace, with Birmingham, London City, and Paris leading the ranking.
