In a 2019 survey carried out in England, 38 percent of mental health patients said they were kept well informed about their mental health treatment by the NHS, with a further 37 percent stating they were fairly informed about their treatment. On the other hand, five percent of mental health patients believed they were not informed at all about the treatment they received.
