Labor productivity in the CEE region 2022
A company can produce more goods and services with the same amount of effort thanks to higher labor productivity. In 2022, the average labor productivity in the European Union amounted to 74.6 U.S. dollars in GDP per hour worked. The country with the highest GDP per hour worked in Central and Eastern Europe was Slovenia (62 U.S. dollars), followed by Lithuania. Hungary had the lowest results.
