Flexible office space includes coworking space, serviced offices and a hybrid model. The common between the different models is that they provide office space under a flexible lease. In contrast to the serviced offices, however, coworking suggests multiple memberships, specific design and culture, focused on collaboration, opennness and innovation. In 2018, approximately 21 percent of flexible workspaces were coworking spaces, in comparison to 34 percent hybrid and 45 percent serviced office.
