A 2019 survey carried out in Great Britain found that younger adults are more likely in favor in punishments for parents who intentionally choose not to vaccinate their children. There is similar support levels across all the age groups for banning children who have not been vaccinated from state schools. More than half of respondents aged between 18 and 24 years believe parents should be fined for refusing to vaccinate their children, while less than a quarter of over 75 year olds support this.
