A new SARS-like coronavirus (2019-nCoV or COVID-19) has spread around China since December 2019. According to a survey on the working arrangements after the Spring Festival in China released in the early February 2020, approximately 42.3 percent of the surveyed companies preferred their employees to be back to the office during the coronavirus prevention period. About one-third of them had not yet decided whether the employees should take a leave of absence, come back to office or work from home.
