Triggers that induced recent exit worldwide 2019
In a 2019 survey, 41 percent of respondents worldwide said that reaching their EBITDA target prompted their most recent market exit. EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, is used to measure the overall financial performance of a company. Only one percent of respondents said that sector convergence was the most important reason for their recent exit.
