In most countries, at least half of the population agreed with the statement that their countries were not doing enough to meet national infrastructure needs. According to the August 2019 Ipsos survey, around 66 percent of the surveyed adults in the United States agreed that their countries' implemented actions to meet their infrastructure needs were not enough.
