Brazil performed approximately 3.4 million cosmetic/aesthetic procedures (including surgical and non-surgical) in 2023, up from around three million interventions registered a year prior. The South American country recorded the second-largest number of cosmetic procedures in the world in 2022, and in 2023, liposuction was the most common surgical intervention.
