A significant progress in life satisfaction among Russians between 2000 and 2019 was observed in the areas of education, social life, and nutrition. While only slightly over 40 percent of Russians were satisfied with how they family was eating in 2000, this share increased to 78 percent by December 2019. Education was the second highest category Russians were pleased with in the latest survey, as per over 80 percent of respondents, compared to only 57 percent in 2000.
