From 2011, the island of Mayotte is included in the data.
The source adds the following information:
"Since 2006, people remunerated in advance payment accounts (some of the teachers in Greta, for example), nor technicians and workers at the expense of local authorities, are no longer recorded. In 2008, staff from institutions that had acquired their autonomy in higher education were not taken into account. [...] From 2010, trainee civil servants are counted together with primary or secondary public teachers. "
