The share of female employees in the Egmont Group fluctuated around 50 percent from 2013 to 2020. In 2017, the share of female employees was the highest, at 55 percent. In 2020, the lowest share of female employees was recorded with 48 percent. In 2021, the share of female employees increased again to around 50 percent.
