Firms' expectations towards digital marketing partners in Italy 2019
As of 2019, more and more Italian businesses started performing in-house digital marketing activities or decided to be supported by one or more external partners. According to the survey results, 72 percent of the companies under study declared that a consultancy and strategic approach was the most important aspect they considered. By contrast, only eight percent of the respondents had expectations towards innovative solutions for keeping up with new market developments.
