According to a survey carried out in June 2018, some 79 percent of U.S. respondents stated that the offer of exclusive products which they can't buy online would make a store visit more engaging or desirable. Some 60 percent stated that hosted events and social activities organized by retailers are what make shopping in-store more desirable.
