In a survey conducted among Swedish companies in Singapore, 36 percent of those surveyed had a local workforce of between 81 to 100 percent. Swedish companies stated that they found Singaporean employees to be skilled and with good work ethics. However, many companies reported having difficulties finding employees with the right IT and engineering skills.
