According to the 76th round of the NSO survey conducted between July and December 2018, rural Arunachal Pradesh had a higher percentage of disabled men at 2.2 percent and disabled women at 1.9 percent compared to urban areas. In general, results showed a higher presence of multiple disabilities in the country.
