According to a report on the state of bicycle roads in South Korea, there were almost 7,900 accidents in 2022 in which bikers were the victims, substantially higher than the number of accidents caused by bikers, which stood at around 5,400. The most accidents occurred in May, with around twelve percent of the total. The fewest accidents happened during the months in winter.
