This statistic presents the share of respondents that identified as having participated in tenpin bowling from 2015 to 2020, in a survey undertaken to assess the experience of sport in Northern Ireland. With the exception of 2017, which saw an increase from seven percent to nine percent, there has been a consistent decline in the share of respondents that participate in tenpin bowling. This trend, including the increased participation observed in 2017, also exists within both the male and female respondents that identified as having participated in tenpin bowling. This suggests that the cause of this variation was a non-gender specific factor that acted upon the entire population of the sample.
