Share of fintech to total VC investment in select European countries 2017-2019
Between 2017 and October 2019, the share of total venture capital investments in Europe that were attributable to the fintech sector was 20 percent. According to the source, European fintech companies had created more than double the value than any other tech sector in Europe. Fintech venture capital investments in the United Kingdom (UK) made up approximately 30 percent of total investment.
