The value of investment fund shares of Italian households reached approximately 482 billion euros in 2018. A closer look at where Italian households invest their money reveals that the majority of investments was concentrated in mixed fund shares, which reached a value of over 240 billion euros. On the other hand, investments in real estate funds were among the least popular among Italian households.
