According to a survey conducted in 2018 among Italian households, more than 44 percent of the families living in the South, as well as 41.87 percent of those living in the Center, purchased less beverages in 2018 than the previous year. By contrast, more than 60 percent of the households located in the North-East and North-West declared that they did not change their purchasing habits.
