The highest number of chlamydia cases in Norway in 2023 was among women from 20 to 24 years. The number of cases in this group amounted to around 7.8 thousand, while the number among men infected in the same age group was around 4.8 thousand. The number of cases was higher among women in the younger age groups, but higher among men in age groups above 30 years of age.
