According to the survey's results, as of August 2019, about 10.4 percent of Mexican mobile phone users between 18 and 24 years old claimed to have used Snapchat through this device, while 5.2 percent of respondents aged 25 to 34 said they used this messaging app on their smartphone.

The “Primera Encuesta 2020. Usuarios de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones” contains the results obtained through various surveys carried out in 2019. These include the results of the Primera Encuesta 2019, Segunda Encuesta 2019 and Tercera Encuesta 2019. The Cuarta Encuesta 2019 was excluded since the target audience of the study involved micro, small and medium sized companies.
