According to Ipsos survey on female beauty conducted in May 2019, about 81 percent of the Chinese respondents considered happiness as the most important attribute that makes a woman beautiful. In comparison, only 35 percent of the respondents stated that spiritual and religious faith was an important attribute for female beauty.
