Leading blockchain applications according to the population in Italy 2019
This statistic depicts the main uses of blockchain technologies according to the Italian population in 2019. About forty percent of Italians associated distributed ledgers with tools for monetary and financial transactions such as Bitcoin. Another third of the population saw cyber security as one of the main application fields for blockchain, while 18 percent believed that blockchain could help fight organized crime.
