In 2018, 57 percent of Italian farms operating in the cereals sector used 4.0 technologies, followed by businesses operating in the vegetable farming sector with a usage rate of 50 percent. According to the poll, half of the Italian farms in the floriculture sector used 4.0 technologies as well.
