When asked how much they spent on consumer electronics in 2018, approximately 58 percent of Southern Italians said that they spent the same amount of money as in the previous years, while only 16.5 percent spent more. The trend was different in the North-East of Italy, where almost one out of three respondents spent more than the previous year and only 30 percent of them spent the same amount of money.
