Omnichannel consumers in Poland 2019, by product category
In May 2019, consumer electronics were the most common type of product for Polish omnichannel customers. Over 70 percent of respondents claimed to buy electronics both online and offline. Apparel and DIY products were also relatively popular. However, only 10 percent of respondents bought FMCG products, such as groceries, in an omnichannel manner.
