In 2018, Swedish millennials used mostly smartphones or computers when researching and booking different services within the travel industry. In detail, the respondents primarily used their smartphones when researching and booking taxis and restaurants. Here, 74 percent would book a taxi using their mobile device. However, when it came to researching and booking flights and cars, most respondents did this via their computer. Here, 81 percent of the respondents would book a flight using a computer device.
