This statistic displays the frequency at which French people stated consuming meat in a survey conducted in September 2020, broken down by age range. Across all age groups, a majority of people declare eating meat several times a week, with the highest share (53 percent) in the 65+ years group. While seven percent of people aged under 35 never eat meat, the same is true for around three percent of respondents older than 35.
