According to a survey conducted in January 2022, an average of approximately 250 lost workdays per casualty of industrial accidents in 2021 was reported by the Japanese construction industry. Apart from some statistical outlier years, the construction industry has remained the industry with the consistently most industrial accidents throughout the years.
