During the sixth edition of the Parapan American Games, celebrated in 2019 in Lima, Peru, Brazil achieved the largest number of victories, taking home a total of 308 medals, followed by the United States and Mexico, with 185 and 158 medals respectively. The Parapan American Games is a sports competition for athletes with disabilities in which nations from all over the Americas participate. They are held every four years following the Pan American Games.
