Leading factors used to measure organization success worldwide 2018
In a global 2018 survey, 34 percent of respondents stated societal impact was the most important factor their organization used to measure success when evaluating annual performance. Societal impact covers how the organization performed on issues such as diversity, inequality and the environment. Financial performance was ranked first by 17 percent of respondents, while regulatory performance was the least popular answer with 14 percent.
