Cinema attendance in Paraguay 2015-2022
In 2022 , cinema attendance in Paraguay reached one million, up from 700 thousand in the previous year – a growth of over 42 percent. Despite the annual increase, the 2022 figure amounted to less than 46 percent of the 2.2 million movie tickets sold in 2019, before the pandemic. Paraguay had one of the lowest cinema attendances in Latin America in 2022.
