Cinema attendance in Bolivia 2015-2022
Throughout 2022, movie theaters in Bolivia sold 4.6 million tickets, up from 3.5 million a year earlier – an increase of around 32 percent. Despite the annual growth, the 2022 figure amounted to less than 57 percent of the attendance of eight million reported in 2019, before the pandemic. Also in 2022, Bolivia had the ninth-highest cinema attendance in Latin America.
