According to a survey conducted by Ipsos on predictions for global issues, approximately 79 percent of people in Japan believed it was likely that average global temperatures would increase in 2020. The survey showed that about 77 percent of respondents worldwide expected a rise in temperatures. While respondents in Turkey were the most convinced in this regard, people in Saudia Arabia were the most skeptical.
