UK consumers used their smartphones more often than any other devices when making purchases online in 2019. According to a survey by Attest, 51 percent of working age UK consumers finalized their online shopping by purchasing via their phones. Other devices such as laptops and tablets were used by a combined 37 percent of respondents. Desktop PCs, on the other hand, were only favored by 11 percent of consumers in their online shopping journeys.
