Participation rate of women in overseas sightseeing travel Japan 2016, by age group
In 2016, among women in Japan, young women aged between 25 to 29 years old were the most likely to have participated in overseas sightseeing travel, showing a participation rate of 17.4 percent. They were closely followed by women aged 20 to 24 years old. In these two age groups, women were almost twice as likely as men to have participated in overseas sightseeing travel.
