Over nine percent of the survey participants blamed the Moscow City Electoral Commission for denying the registration to several candidates for the local elections in Moscow in 2019, which caused several opposition protests in the capital. Nearly 24 percent of the respondents found the candidates themselves guilty in violating the rules of the electoral campaign.
