People aged 60 or above watched the most television in Poland in 2018 - almost six hours daily. Children aged between four and nine watched about 2.5 hours of TV a day. Youth between 10 and 25 years old watched the least television. After the age of 25, the amount of time spent watching television steadily increased with age.
