Organ transplants in Mexico 2010-2023

In 2023, the number of organ transplants performed in Mexico, including kidney, heart, lung, liver, pancreas, and small bowel, amounted to 3,426 interventions. This represents an increase of about 14 percent compared to the previous year, when the number of transplants added up to 3,006 procedures. This was the highest number of organ transplants reached in the North American country in the given period.
