Over 40 percent of the surveyed Russians claimed that difficult and long delivery processes were the major setback for not continuing online shopping abroad in 2018. Disappointment from acquired items was shared by 32 percent of the customers. Moreover, 13 percent of the users renounced to shop online from foreign sources due to safety issues.
